丹研会成立于2018年,隶属于精一正北(北京)科技有限责任公司旗下。为中小企业提供管理咨询服务,致力于帮助中国制造业企业向高质量转型和成长。我们经过几年的实践,成功地将源于丹纳赫经营系统(DBS)与中国制造业企业现状融合。将专精特新企业的锻造系统地分为四个阶段。通过核心价值驱动,目标牵引,将战略转为行动,将行动转为成果,在这个过程中总结经验,将经验化为内功,建立自己的经营体系,让经营从不确定到稳定、可预见的业绩结果,直至到业务飞轮闭环。我们希望找到和成就一批具有产业雄心和赋能能力的“专精特新”企业,成就一批中国的“丹纳赫”。
为了帮助客户锻造完整的经营体系,我们组建了一个覆盖全管理职能的顾问团队,我们90%的顾问有20年的世界五百强企业的实际管理经验,有一半以上的顾问来自丹纳赫集团,而且在丹纳赫中国刚开始进行精益管理体系落地的阶段就已服务于丹纳赫集团,见证并参与了DBS体系建立的全过程。基于这样的经验,我们给我们的客户导入的不仅限于一种体系或方法论,还负责经营体系的落地实施,全过程管家式的指导与纠偏。我们成立至今服务超过40家本土制造型企业,客户行业细分于工业装备、医疗医药、新材料等领域。目前有60%的客户与我们合作达三年的时间,在内部运营上达到50%以上的效率提升。
